Our normal hourly rate is $350 an hour, however if you are in the military, a police officer, fireman, EMT, or the spouse, we offer a discount of $300 an hour. Uncontested divorces can be handled on a flat rate. Family court matters are charged at a rate of $750 per appearance, and $350 per hour for all work done outside the Family court.
